This one is quite special. It is simple to make once you have the syrup. Just make simple syrup, add blueberries and simmer for 10 minutes, add sage and simmer for 10 more. Strain into a squeeze bottle. This has a really nice balance of sweet and tart.
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Blueberry-Sage Syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly. Double strain into a chiller coupe glass. Garnish with a twisted lemon swath.
