This is a sophisticated drink with lots of complexity. A great after dinner drink when you want something on the tart side of the spectrum.
- 2 oz Grey Goose Cherry Noir Vodka
- 3/4 oz Benedictine
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 Simple Syrup
- 1-2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cherries on a cocktail pick.
